Valkyria Cardigan Kit
Valkyria Cardigan by Anna Sjösvärd
Valkyria cardigan designed by Swedish designer Anna sjösvärd is a cropped top-down raglan cardigan knitted in 100% natural wool in original colour(s) of the wool.
We have made a sample of this design with our Natural Eco Wool from Farm Lovers. This soft DK-weight yarn which comes without dying, and in natural colour shades of the sheep turned out beautifully in this design. The cardigan has such a vintage style and a rustic feel to it. The sample in the photo is made in colour Medium Gray.
On needle 4-5mm, it knits up quickly, and due to the yarn characteristics, it blooms beautifully in blocking and gives a coherent and warm fabric. Please not that our sample is knitted on needle size 5mm to meet the gauge.
Per purchase, you will get the required yarn amount for the chosen size, and both printed and PDF of the pattern (in English). We purchase the pattern from the Ravelry store of the designer for every individual customer. If you'd like the pattern to be added to your Ravelry account, you can write your Ravelry username in the notes at the checkout.
There is an option to add the Estonian hand-made wooden buttons (lthe ones used in our sample) for a discount price to the kit.
