What types of wool do you offer, and where are they sourced from?
We provide a diverse selection of wools,
including Merino, Alpaca, and Cashmere, sourced from reputable suppliers in
countries such as the UK, Italy, Ireland, finland France, Germany and Netherlands All our products are selected
on there ecological impact and focused on being good for the planet. In general
we try to focus on local for local, what means European suppliers and
production chain!
Are your yarns eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?
Yes! We prioritize working with ethical suppliers who ensure sustainable and cruelty-free practices. Many of our yarns are mulesing-free and dyed with environmentally friendly processes.
Do you offer vegan or plant-based yarns?
Absolutely! We carry cotton, bamboo, and linen yarns for customers looking for alternatives to wool.
What does "superwash" mean?
Superwash wool has been treated to make it machine washable and less prone to felting. It’s great for easy-care garments!
How do I choose the right yarn for my project?

Can I substitute one yarn for another in a pattern?
Yes, substitutions are possible but should be done carefully. Match the gauge, fiber content, and yarn weight of the original to ensure similar results. Always create a test swatch to verify compatibility.

How should I care for wool garments to prevent shrinking?

What is your policy on dye lots?
We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project in a single order to ensure consistent color, as dye lots can vary.
We try to mach as good as possible. if we supply mutiable lots we make sure its a match.
Do you offer samples or swatches?
Yes, we provide small samples of our yarns for a nominal fee, allowing you to feel the texture and see the color before making a larger purchase.

Currently, we do not offer custom-dyed yarns, but we’re always open to suggestions! Let us know what colors you’d love to see in our shop.
How can I check if a yarn is back in stock?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s available.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, iDEAL, and PayPal for online purchases. In-store, we also accept cash payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled if we did not ship them yet. if you want to modifie them . contact us asap
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to adjust it. If it has shipped, you can return it according to our policy.
Do you offer price adjustments?
If an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, let us know, and we’ll refund the difference as store credit!

How much does shipping cost?
Its hard to give a direct answer to this.
Depending on where you are located we have variable rates, we try to ensure that we always ship on the most cost effective way to you. We made a list togheter with our shipping partner to show how much your shipping can cost.

To avoid any surprises, we highly encourage customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to combine shipments.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location it might varry, we try to ship within 24H on normal buisness days.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're near our store, you can select "local pickup" at checkout to collect your order in person.
Expedited Shipping
When offered, orders placed before 10am will have same-day shipping. All orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following business day.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
In general we try to advoid shipping to PO boxes. Domestic orders ship via FedEx, which does not ship to PO boxes. If you can’t receive USPS, please email us at Info@knittedclouds.nl! We will do our best to accommodate a different shipping service request.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! If you cant checkout to your location, please contact us at info@knittedclouds.nl
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
We are based in europe and by law we have to show the total price to you including taxes.
My package is lost!
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at Info@knittedclouds.nl and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend delivering at home with you beeing present or to a pickup location. Once a package has been picked up, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
