Our very soft and squishy virgin wool. This yarn comes in natural colour of blonde sheep, it is combed so the fibres are aligning in one direction, ensuring maximum softness. This is non-plied (it is single) so it has kept its plumpness. The yarn blooms beautifully after knitting. You can achieve almost any gauge with it. After blocking, the yarn grows and fills up the space between the stitches and creates a coherent knitted fabric. It has such a rustic feel and look to it.
The wool has undergone minimum processing to produce this yarn. Hence it's eco-friendly. When knitting it, it feels just like petting a soft baby sheep in a green farm!
The skeins come it two variants:
- DK with 200 meters in 100 g
- Worsted with 100 meters in 100 g
